Business Development Manager (Contract-based) Remote Work

We are looking for Malaysia-based candidates who are passionate about events and media in FinTech or Tech sectors and looking for a company that shares a great culture and team to join us!

Your role at Finoverse

  • Achieve sales targets and performance objectives for sponsorship within your remit
  • Make outgoing sales calls to potential clients and with a big focus on new business clients as we enter a new market for the brand to maximize revenue for sponsorship
  • Be knowledgeable about the industries, client profiles, competitors, and products in order to sell the right solutions to the potential clients
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, call management, and lead generation
  • Ensure accurate use and maintenance of system-supporting sales activities
  • Handle sales administration activities (reports, meetings, plans, etc.) efficiently
  • Report to the department head and work closely with the Hong Kong teams to ensure all clients related activities are fulfilled


Job requirements

Who you are


  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development position
  • Experience in selling sponsorship/project is preferred
  • Passionate about FinTech/ Event industry
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferable
    (We seek English, Cantonese, and Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve English, Cantonese, and Mandarin-speaking clients.)
  • Good in English business writing
