Your role at Finoverse

  • To research and analyze current financial market trends and up-to-date knowledge on FinTech/ Web3/ ESG/AI
  • Responsible for conference agenda planning and development
  • To identify and invite local and overseas key speakers, stakeholders, and VIPs, ensuring alignment with conference objectives
  • To maintain a good relationship with Speakers and key stakeholders
  • To attend industry events for rapport-building and networking purposes
  • Work closely with the event team to arrange conference logistics for VIPs and Speakers
  • Undertaking such other duties as directed by the line manager

Job requirements

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in Journalism/ Event Management/ Marketing Business or related field
  • Interest in Web3/Technology/FinTech/Finance Industry and trends
  • Between 5-8 years of relevant working experience in conference/ event agenda writing
  • Experience in inviting speakers and handling speakers' logistics
  • Experience in event/ project management
  • Working experience in startups/ small team
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Excellent in both English and Chinese business writing

  • A confident and friendly person who cares about the experience of VIPs and speakers
  • Great analytic skills
  • Detail-oriented, excellent time management, and manage multiple tasks

  • Be able to work under pressure and always want to deliver beyond what is expected
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
