Finoverse, Formerly known as Finnovasia, we are one of Asia's largest FinTech communities, bridging the gap between traditional finance (tradfi) and the emerging world of FinTech, Web3 and AI.

Finoverse provides world-class experiential events featuring leaders from across the industry. We bring together on one platform all the players from across the FinTech ecosystem - from regulators to entrepreneurs, from big banks to start-ups, and from technology to traditional finance. Through our 60+ curated global conferences and events, we connect over 70,000 senior-level FinTech professionals from 85+ countries.

We successfully hosted the Finoverse Arabia tour, bringing together APAC and MENA's Finance and Web3 experts to foster collaboration and connections between Dubai, Hong Kong, and Asia. We also organized the highly impactful Radical Finance Asia Conference, exploring the digital trends of the Web3 ecosystem and their impact on traditional finance. This event provided valuable insights into TradFi, virtual assets, Web3, and AI.

Content Executive (Freelancer/ Contract-based) Remote work

We are now looking for Malaysia-based candidates to help us expand our portfolio.

You will assist VIPs and Speakers management to build and enhance strong relationships, inviting and liaising with leading international speakers and thought leaders.

Your role at Finoverse

  • Research speakers and industry leaders within financial Institutions, technology, and the ESG field

  • Assist speakers, VIPs invitations, and media request

  • Scheduling filmings, panel briefings, and live conference sessions

  • Assist in program planning such as conferences, VIP events, global seminars, business networking receptions, etc.

  • Handle logistic arrangements for VIPs and Speakers

  • Provide administrative support to the content team


Job requirements

Who you are

  • Passionate about the finance, technology, or ESG industry
  • Experience in conference agenda writing and handling speakers
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferable

  • Good in both English and Chinese business writing

  • 3+ years of working experience in events, PR companies

  • Enjoy working remotely


Abilities we are looking for

  • Have basic knowledge in the Finance/ Technology/ FinTech or ESG Industry, and trends.

  • Comfortable liaising with senior executives/professionals

  • Pride in your work and someone who cares about the experience of VIPs and speakers

  • Excellent ability to generate ideas and work on cross-time zone schedules

  • Excellent organization, management, collaborative, and presentation skills

  • Detail-oriented, excellent time management, and manage multiple tasks

  • Be able to work under pressure and always want to deliver beyond expectations

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
