Event Manager ( Project Based) at Finoverse

We are now looking for a project-based Event Manager to help and run one of our most exciting flagship events.
As a project-based Event Manager at Finoverse, you are expected to work closely with internal and external parties to help the company deliver world-class conferences and events. Candidate should have relevant experience in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.



Your role at Finoverse

  • Part of the team to design and organize one of our flagship events
  • Research and work with different contractors to supply materials for events
  • Coordinate and manage various event platforms
  • Control and monitor the budget
  • Monitor the logistics, equipment, promotional materials, and decoration
  • Liaise and negotiate with venues, vendors, and suppliers for event logistics/productions
  • Work very closely with other teams in the company
  • Provide creative ideas/solutions, which you will be heard!

Job requirements

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Minimum four years of large-scale B2B exhibition and conference organising experience
  • Working experience in startups/ small teams is a plus
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in using design software (e.g. Photoshop, AI) will be favorable
