Finoverse, formerly known as Finnovasia, is one of Asia's largest fintech communities, bridging the gap between traditional finance (tradfi) and the emerging world of fintech, Web3 and AI.

Your role at Finoverse

  • Manage CRM system and handle RSVP
  • Research and work with different contractors to supply materials for events
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics/productions
  • Coordinate and manage various event management systems
  • Support internal and external communication
  • Work closely with our Hong Kong teams to facilitate the success of the events
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job requirements

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant working experience in Project management or Events management
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant working experience in organizing exhibitions and conferences
  • Willing to take ownership at work but also support your team and management
  • International experience is preferred
  • Enjoy working remotely
