Your role at Finoverse

• To research and analyze current financial market trends and up-to-date knowledge on fintech/ Web3/ ESG/AI
• Responsible for conference agenda planning and development
• To identify and invite local and overseas key speakers, stakeholders, and VIPs, ensuring alignment with conference objectives
• To maintain a good relationship with Speakers and key stakeholders
• To attend industry events for rapport-building and networking purposes
• Work closely with the event team to arrange conference logistics for VIPs and Speakers
• Undertaking such other duties as directed by the line manager

Who you are

• Bachelor degree in Journalism/ Event Management/ Marketing Business or related field
• Interest in Web3/ Technology/ Fintech/ Finance Industry and trends
• Between 5-8 years of relevant working experience in conference/ event agenda writing
• Experience in inviting speakers and handling speakers' logistics
• Experience in event and project management
• Working experience in startups or small team
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Excellent in both English and Chinese business writing
